⭐ What You Will Learn

Did you make your own pistachio cream? The pistachio cream that's available on the market (in some stores even) does have a pistachio flavor but once you start adding things to it the flavor will lessen. When I made a pistachio cheesecake it said to add 2 tbsp of it to the cream cheese batter. You could not taste the pistachio at all. You couldn't even see that it had been added by color. It also had a pistachio ganache. I didn't make that because white chocolate is far too sweet and I knew no one would be able to taste the pistachio so instead of doing that layer I laid the pistachio cream down on top of the chilled cheesecake then I added a layer of homemade seedless raspberry jam. Because I wasted those 2 tbsp (it was more like a 1/4 of a cup) we could barely taste the pistachio. The next time I go to make anything pistachio I plan to make my own pistachio paste, not cream. You can buy pistachio paste that's 100% pistachio but it's quite expensive. Not only will it cost less to make it yourself you'll also get more paste. I would have used just the pistachio cream by itself (no white chocolate). That way the flavor is there. I know you say this is bursting with pistachio flavor but that cheesecake was also supposed to as well. It just wasn't. Putting a thick layer down will make all the difference. Trust me. I make a pistachio with homemade seedless raspberry jam white cake with Swiss Meringue buttercream. Each layer has a good amount of pistachio paste laid down then it's topped with the jam then frosting. I repeat those steps through all 3 layers and I also add that paste and jam on the very top of the cake. Then I decorate around it with the SMBC. Not only can you tell what kind of flavor the cake is. You can taste the pistachio and raspberry in every bite. I use vanilla bean paste in my SMBC but not too much. Just enough so you can get that 3rd flavor at the end.
