Megan. You can SEE the hazard from literal miles away. Why are you not reducing your speed? Your impatience and abysmal hazard awareness are not the problem of the person with an open car door. If you had hit them, you wouldn't have lasted seconds in court.

0:20 - THIS is why sidewalks should be protected with concrete blocks or bollards. I don't care if your car gets destroyed or if the "driver" gets unalived, cars should NEVER be allowed to invade pedestrian spaces.
2:51 - Idiot "driver" either never looked, or looked and intentionally broke the law.
3:02 - You can be sure at least one idiot blames the cyclist.
7:14 - Another day, another car "driver" not smart enough to notice that bicycles are smaller. Sure, the UK doesn't have "Idaho stops" (cyclists can proceed without stopping IF there is not traffic, as in that clip), but many civilized countries do.
7:20 - Nothing. The red car was going faster than the blue cars, so the only problem was the idiot speeder in white.

Van driver acted reasonably in the 4:38 clip as far as I can see. He needed to get right up to the kerb to let the cop car through, and might've bumped it if he'd misjudged slightly. Better to do that at 5mph rather than do it at 50mph and maybe blow up a tyre.

Trucker Josh, there’s a reason for the gap? What gap? It’s about 1.1 second gap, that’s not even a stopping gap if that car slams on, nevermind a safe stopping distance, minimum safe distance driving a HGV should be 4 times that.

@Stuart-o3xSome of these clips are a bit petty and not worth posting on here. As for roundabouts, they have been peppered with so many lanes and lights and signage they invite driver error.

@ScottishDashCamWhat would I do if I was the red car? Hopefully absolutely nothing! I don't know about red cars but that gives a green light for maniac motorists to believe they actually do wield power and influence and control and dominance on the road. They just have to be there and people will automatically give way to them. The more people meekly give way to these insane madmen the more they will believe they do have right of way. Be it on an A road, B road, pavement or anywhere else.

@PottieIJPGotta admit here, and confess my sins of being occasionally stupid behind the wheel. Mostly after a hard long 15 hour day behind a 44 tonne steering wheel, just wanting to get home. but, over the years i've mellowed some, not that i'm perfect by any stretch and get easily riled when i see stupid driving and there's been an abundance lately of what i call bad driving and it's getting worse.

WAY too many pedestrians think they can step into the road without a care, putting themselves and others at risk.
Time to make them accountable for their actions, just like every other road user.
