@kevinaklingNo brianer... weird that it required such a long court process all the way to the SCOTUS. Temporary is a word that has meaning. Can't just turn that word into permanent by repeatedly extending temporary to mean another 3 years or another 5 years.

@daviddavid5880It's wild that a law already on the books for a while suddenly becomes challenged by the opposition. The Supreme Court upheld an existing law. Democrats don't like it because Trump is actually using the law as it was applied. Because that would make him successful, they sue. TDS is real.

It RESTORED 2A RIGHTS!!!
Words mean things. "Shall not be infringed" means what it says. When a SCOTUS ruling strikes down an infringement on what 'shall not be infringed', it is a RESTORATION of RIGHTS, NOT an expansion of RIGHTS.
But, Turley, your history of non-support of the 2A is long and storied. Your rhetoric is not forgiven, but it is expected.
The BEST part of this ruling is that it ENDS Federal Court review of these decisions. No more activist Federal Judges gumming up the works.
