Trump scolds Netanyahu: Israel strikes Beirut ahead of Iran deal

President Donald Trump criticized Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu after an Israeli strike on Lebanon, saying "this morning’s attack on Beirut should not have happened, particularly on a special day when we are so close to a Peace Deal with Iran."
Bibi should ask Trump the same question.
Trump went on to say that Israel has a right to defend itself against threats, "but the attack it was responding to was very small and meaningless, nobody was hurt, injured, or killed, and should not disrupt this important process."
The clash happened as President Trump said he expects a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the US and Iran, brokered by mediator Pakistan, will be signed electronically Sunday.

@josephhensley2071This will be the greatest deal for Iran. Iran is a member of non-proriferation treaty of nuclear weapons that require them not to develop nuclear weapon. By restating this public position in a non-binding MOU, they get unfreezing financial assets and lifting sanctions. Both sides doesn't even know what they are doing. Wow.
