Defiantly one of my favorite homes I've seen!! Very beautiful, but a bit frustrating to see so many things not practical. Would I keep a ladder in my closet to reach the shelves near the ceiling? Microwaves in the lower cabinets is a nightmare with little kids and your back! No pot filler in such an amazing kitchen is so disappointing and no space for an outdoor tv. I would build this house on my land but make it a bit more realistic to actually live in.

The floor plan is s bit wonky. A home that big should be on a bigger lot. Nice finishes tho'

IMO for the kids bedroom, it would have been better to have the closet first before the ensuite… 9:44

All the guest rooms were small but they had nice size closets

Probably the best layout of a house you've shown. Only thing needed was some basement rooms for shelter, especially in Texas for being in tornado alley.

Welcome back to Texas! I love when the homes have a prep kitchen. I always tell my Mom I’d hide from the guests back there while I cook 🤣 Loved the aesthetic of primary bathroom and closets.

I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job but you need to show stuff on the bottom. You're only showing at your eye level. Open up the elevators and ride in it, lol. Other than that great job 👍👍

Very nice home with a very nice floor plan. I love houses where each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. I also love houses that have the laundry room next to the primary closet. I always enjoy your video tours.

Beautiful home. But, what’s up with the cabinets (3 different styles) near the stove? The bedrooms are small. The pool lounge shelve is over sized, will get in the way of having fun in the pool. Can the windows open in the dinning room? Thanks for sharing/posting.

In your videos can you please mention what a wheelchair bound person movement throughout would be like. Are the door openings wide? Is the shower accessible easily ? Can you easily move around both sides of the bed to climb in easily ? Are hallways tight ?

It's HILARIOUS how ALOT of these homes, especially the 1M+ homes have the SAME layouts; HUGE, open great roms open to kitchen (trend is quickly going back to room separation as we speak) and the TINY rooms! If I'm in a 8 x 9 box, having 12 or 20 ft ceilings doesn't change that. Just not impressed with the cookie-cutter layout

This house would be perfect for me, but I have two grievances. (1) At 6'5" the installation of the microwaves would break my back being that low. (2) Why would the builder add a concrete pad on the backside of the detached garage knowing its not long enough to park a regular sized car or SUV on it? It defeats the entire purpose of the secondary garage door and concrete pad. I personally would still purchase this house despite the under counter mounted microwaves. But that parking pad in the back of the detached garage would have to be extended!

From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills❤️🥰>>>***
