Okay so idk if anyone will see this because it's kinda old but I'm 15 years old and I'm 245 pounds I know I weight a lot I have a florida trip with my boyfriend and his family in July and I want to be a little slimmer by then and I'm gonna keep doing it if it gives me good results

Doing this exercise for 2 weeks let's see if I will lose weight or not
Day 1 - feeling exhausted.
Day2 - did it without many breaks in between.
Day3 - the exercises felt much shorter and easier than yesterday 😊
Day4 - felt the burn 💪
Day5 - my belly got a little slimmer 🎉
Day6 - did it with more energy ⚡
Day7 - didn't lost much weight because I ate a lot of junk food today + a lot of sugar

Day 6 complete ✅-I can feel the stretches more and it’s kin’s relaxing
Day 7 complete (week 1 complete) ✅- yay I’m done with the first week
