Day 1 - feeling exhausted.
Day2 - did it without many breaks in between.
Day3 - the exercises felt much shorter and easier than yesterday 😊
Day4 - felt the burn 💪
Day5 - my belly got a little slimmer 🎉
Day6 - did it with more energy ⚡
Day7 - didn't lost much weight because I ate a lot of junk food today + a lot of sugar
The workout is super tight, the waist is gone, the sides are gone, and I do everything super every day+ workout on the box

Day 1: I feel like i didn't feel anything at all in the actual waist and stomach area? Like I mostly just felt the burn in my legs. I don't understand, but I'm gonna keep going and see what happens.
