I have legal residence in both Cyprus and Spain, two (lovely) countries on your list. However, I spend almost all my time in Bulgaria, an EU country that doesn't make this list, but is extremely affordable. I enjoy a quality of life far higher here than I could afford anywhere else in the EU.

@Exploora1Lol...I think I spotted my old apartment building - Edificio Mediterraneo- in the footage of Marbella! Looks like the coast has really built up. We called the area "Andalooseeya" rather than "Andaloosha".
My friends spend three months there each winter. They've been in Almuñecar for a couple of months and are headed for Torremolinos for a month. Hoping they'll buy a place there so I can visit!
