Stupid list! Saudi Arabia,UAE have nothing beyond oil. In Middle east possible contenders are only Turkey ,Iran or somewhat Egypt which won't be in top 10. IfJapan has a defence force that's still better than South Korea which has a joke of an army and navy. Then even South Korea doesn't deserve a mention. Brazil!!! oh my god anyone with marijuana won't even put that here.
