The information in the video is inaccurate. These dishes come from several countries, some of which are in the Arab world. Selling these foods in Saudi Arabi does not mean they are Saudi dishes. Even Kabseh and Mandi are dishes from the Gulf region, not particularly from KSA

@behrozemehtaFunny cause Kunafah is an Egyptian dessert from the ancient Egypt πͺπ¬, it's recipe was written on the walls of the ancient Egyptian temples and also in the ancient Egyptian cooking books, the word 'kunafah' comes from the ancient Egyptian language, and btw there's multiple kunafah dishes that only Egyptians can cook it like the kunafah with milk dish you can find this dish only in Egypt unlike the one with the syrup and cream which is more famous worldwide
