Beirut explosion was a tragedy waiting to happen they confiscated then didn’t store it properly then put fire works there as well but it was triggered by someone doing welding some metal and the sparks lit the fire works.

The truck holding butter and flour fire has a little more to it than you say with the addition that of some of your facts are incorrect. People fleeing their vehicles did not hinder the fire fighting effort. They were over come by toxic fumes and died. The bodies werent found until 3 days later when the fire was completely out. The reason there was such a delay in fighting the fire was that fire alarms had been shut off at one end of the mountain because there were too many false alarms.

The problem as not that they were pumping too much air. This in no way caused the fire. When they saw the fire one of the operators thought it would be a good idea to get more air in to the people in the cars. It helped kept the fire going instead of allowing it to die out sooner.

Tenerife Airport. First it is pronounced Tenerif (the e is silence). The flights were redirected to Tenerife because there was a Bomb threat at the airport in Grand Canary island. No bomb ever went off, it was just a threat. By the time they were allowed to leave Tenerife, the fog had rolled in from the mountains. The PAN AMJet did not “decide to skip the exit (3rd)” as they were directed. They had never been to Tenerife before and the fog made it difficult to see the exits. In addition, the 3rd exit was angled in such a way that it was impossible for a jet that size to turn into it. There is much more to the accident including the fact that the KLM flight took off without clearance. During the discussion between both flight crew and the ATC crew, the PAN AM stated they were not yet clear of the runway but the KLM made a radio call at the same time. This caused a squelch over the radio preventing anyone from hearing the PAN AM jet’s radio communication.

So your implication that it was the PAN AM at fault is incorrect. If the KLM jet had waited for clearance, the accident would not have happened. The KLM pilot had very little flight time in the previous few months.

There is so much more you got wrong on other disasters but I have lost patience.

And the worst fkn thing about deep water horizon was that the oil just so happened to largely affect baby dolphins and they were finding them dead by the dozens on the beaches around the deep water horizon… so BP also killed a bunch of baby dolphins and if you know anything about dolphins, they’re very empathetic and they grieve just like elephants and humans do.. dolphins have even been known to commit suicide when their babies die so just chew on that

The Titanic could have been avoided and fa more people would have been saved if people just treated each other better, the working class were treated like literal fucking garbage.

They were locked below deck until way too late and most of the life boats were launched not even half full.

The Captain should of had a better grip of that situation in all honesty.

I remember the Beirut explosion all too well I saw it one the news and a buddy of mine who lives there sent me photos of what happened after it occured and called me lator to explain about what happened there luckily he and his family were not hurt and their house was not damaged bad just some broken windows and a door knocked off its hinges by the shockwave
