@renzoescobar5This was the period between Jim getting engaged to Pam but before Charles appeared. He was on top of the world at this point and with his sharp, quick wit he was easily the coolest guy on the show. Obviously Charles brought him down a few notches and made Jim realize how Michael was a good boss, in spite of his personality quirks.
@tonyc7301Obviously Michael hated Toby for no reason at all, but after seeing the love of his life leave Scranton when Holly got transferred and then seeing Toby come back had to be a version of hell for Michael.
