This Jinx player proved the tier lists wrong

Tier lists in newer fgs are often bs, I always remember Elena being considered low or mid tier in sf4 for a long time.

just take a character that you love and main it... tier lists is just for beginners or just about frame rates and hitboxes, a lot of technical things...

Yeah Wawa is a very popular fighting game player, at least from what I've seen, so it makes sense why there is such a huge crowd cheering for him. I'm not sure exactly where the popularity comes from, I know him from when he played Dragon Ball fighterz. Same story with Kayne, although idk if Kayne is as popular as Wawa

Edit: The reason Wawa, at least from what I can gather when I watched him play fighterz, is that Wawa likes to learn every character and have a lot of different teams. So that might be why he switched teams so often

This is the difference between playing champs you like and just picking the top tier. Player synergy with the character will always beat tiers

The amount of hit-freeze in this game is super satisfying

What most folks forget, is that tier lists for 2xko aren't accurate to what the standards used to be.
In 2xko, all characters are equally good, and if played at that high of level, the normal power rankings fall short of the truth.

Warwick S1 has to be one of the most insane overheads in any fighting game. Hits like half screen, jumps over lows, anti airs, is usually safe, sometimes randomly plus if air blocked, gives full combo, projectile invincible.

This is what is wrong with this game and all modern fighters. With how well Kayne was doing here? I'm wholly confident that Wawa would've gotten absolutely washed if we stripped him of his ability to mix in this fight. Kayne is showing off brand new tech, insane reaction time, spacing, decision making, etc. Wawa is just getting way more regular damage because (like any yasuo/ekko) you are flipping a coin for damage over and over, sometimes a dozen times PER INTERACTION. Project L was a better name.

I am becoming more and more convinced 2xko is a systems fighter, the character strength matters far less compared to a mastery of the systems common to everyone.

French fgc calling Jinx and Warwick too broken to cheer for but Wawa could burn down an orphanage and they would build statues of him

Beyond glazing and I'm with it can't lie

Downplay on Jinx and Cait has to be studied, so does on Ahri and Ww, both are tier below instead of where they should be. Braum is just a wild card, he's the second or the best anchor in the game and when he has Unbreakable he's so strong, but without it he might as well be the worst character in the game. It's such a weird limbo of a state where he also needs an anchor while being one of the strongest anchors so you have to switch around while playing him a lot to keep him going.
