It is designed for anyone wanting to achieve consistent results with ribs on grill setups, regardless of your experience level.
By following this method, you will see how to manage your charcoal or gas grill effectively to ensure even cooking. The video concludes by showing the final, cooked ribs ready to serve, proving that good bbq ribs come down to proper preparation and patience. The title threw me and now I know why. I only see roasting and grilling being shown, no barbecue. I have been to Finland and I have never seen barbecue there except in foreign-run "American"-style establishments in Helsinki. Finnish rosvopaisti is somewhat close, but is modern and is really an earth oven (so baking). AFAIK, the closest thing to actual barbecue is savustus done with fish.

@PowrAlThis is greek too, we do whole lambs with it, search for "antikristo" or "αντικριστά κρητη"
@yoshidis4I can hear Al Frugoni in this video, "your hand is your thermometer"
@bernardsbbqI like what you did there.
@danielploy9143Personally, I prefer salmon with just a little bit of salt & pepper. A good piece of salmon has flavor enough all by itself... But that is just my taste-buds talking 🙂.
@TheSurfingAlienFinnish BBQ!!!
Guess he’s one of the flag bearers that’ll introduce it to the rest of the world, as he should, since gourmets are always looking for something new, special, & unique.

@HostModernCoBarbecue exists in one form, or another, in many countries, around the world. Many great dishes from different countries. Cheers, Roel! ✌️
@dwaynewladyka577Hmmmm, well... it's 90° F here in Florida (for the rest of the year I suspect) don't need any more uncontained heat.
@HeyMichaelLeoLoimulohta kannattaa sivellä voisulalla useita kertoja paistamisen aikana. Sivelyyn voi käyttää esimerkiksi katajan oksia, jotka antavat hienostunutta lisämakua. Hieno video kaiken kaikkiaan! 🇫🇮👍
@taskinhpMy Houston Nephew says that Finland is barred by International Treaties from BBQing! I asked him what treaty that might be, and he said, “the Treaty of 1812 that established peace between Finland and Argentina….” I had never heard of it, but the Nephew insists that he read about it on AI……………………
