I'm sry but this guy is stupid. Unexperianced and might get himslef into trouble because of it. "I have a contract that says otherwise" is the only sentence he needed to repeat. But he gets into dumb arguments. If they deny the contract on camera; "It's ours", "we dont know the owner" etc doesnt not matter anymore. You no longer visit the premises, you call only. Next time anyone shows there is with a cease and desist order since they're advertising and SELLING other mans property. Now the entire collection is "frozen" for them untill the lawsuit ends. This is, I believe, falls under federal juristiction so it can be dragged on only for so long before it hits supreme court, and no federal judge will want lego teft to get to supreme court. Makes em look bad. Sue them into the ground. Not for 200k. Pin everything on em. Then the court gets to go on and review how to fine them. Dont accept deals behind closed doors... make sure the ruling is public. Might not be a private property for long. I'd litteraly get my collection back, sell the collection and use the money to sue the store separately. Since they say they are two seperate entities. End both the corporate and the store separately.
