— @jeanbaldwin7984

Welcome to another episode of Cooking with Dave! Today, we’re making the Ultimate Keto Feast Salad, inspired by the iconic 1905 Salad from Columbia Restaurant. This salad is not only packed with incredible flavors but also keto-friendly and hearty enough to be a complete meal. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!

Full Recipe:

Can we just see the recipe!!!

— @jeanbaldwin7984

Ingredients (Serves 4):

1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

Roll your ham and cheese up first. Makes it a lot easier to julienne. Love your videos.

— @nancysmith6482

1 medium tomato, sliced into wedges

1/2 cup sugar-free ham or turkey, julienned

I don't see "join marketplace". What am I doing wrong?

— @tremijio

1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Spanish queen olives stuffed with pimentos, sliced

You talk to much this is not a talk show

I tried so hard but i can’t

— @NicoleZouroukou

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing:

Are we really three minutes in Dude hurry up

— @NicoleZouroukou

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

I would make this salad..I am a widow, so I would divide ingredients and pack in 4 pint mason jars…salad in a jar - lunch all week… I make my jar salads a bit differently…I put the dressing in small solo containers. Start with protein (ham & Swiss), then veggies and finely minced garlic end with lettuce. Solo cup goes on top. For this salad…use about 2 oz. of ham and Swiss for a single serving. 3 TB of the dressing.

— @patrickdouglas8577

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

I can’t eat fresh tomatoes…too much acid for me; however, I can eat cooked tomato products.
Swiss cheese is very healthy ….highest B12 of all cheese, low in lactose - easy to digest, low sodium- may lower Blood pressure, good source of calcium and protein.

— @patrickdouglas8577

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (ensure keto-friendly)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

That restaurant really leaves chunks of raw garlic in their dressing like that.?

— @Laura-hd2yw

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

X2 speed

— @carlosgamez2189

Instructions:

Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.

Suggestion: be more professional with less talking on topics that don't matter. Just the recipe please❤

— @cathy5070

Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, tomato wedges, ham, Swiss cheese, and sliced olives.

Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

ham, cheese, garlic, olives, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, 1 T W sauce, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp pepper, some hekin lettuce.

— @Ghriangraf

Toss and Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!

You slam the head of lettuce (core end down) onto your cutting board. The core then comes out easily.

Why the fricken hell would I watch you make a recipe when you don't even know how to chop up a lettuce. Jezus Man. You're doing recipes and you have NO idea. I'm OUT.

The pimento inside the stuffed olives is exactly the same thing as roasted red peppers. Possibly not roasted but cooked. Same same.

@poppy.4159

I eat the large salad every time I’m there. The small one would piss me off. BTW, the olives are a must and that’s the taste you’re missing.

@MrPRScollector
@

I eat keto omad I'll have this whole thing.

@plutotoad203
@

If you were blindfolded & I gave you a regular green olive & then a pimento stuffed olive, You'd swear they were the exact same flavor profile with only a very slight texture difference from the presence of the pimento (which is a small, tender very mild pepper.). Salad look great

@donnadehardt5728

That looks really good!

The yellow stuff is the best part! Also you chopped it up way too much. Te garlic needs to be much smaller…much.

Scrumptious! I used romaine instead of head lettuce.

If you use Romaine wash under the curly part I learned that a few years ago and Romaine has more nutritional value but get that salad spinner,my daughter got me one when she was nine yrs old because of my spinach salad,Spinach hold alot of water if leaves are too wet dressing doesn't stick to leaves as well by the way my daughter is going to be 58yrs old so her investment is still being used😅

…my husband & I both went to school in st Aug (although the salad originated at Columbia houses’ ybor city location) and we eat this salad all the time. However… while we think it a meal, we’ve had company over not once but twice who then asked what was for dinner 😂😂
