@minhcarter9010Maybe you can try this as a Pho hack, Subway recently selling various their sub sauces in groceries like Freshco&Superstore. There's the Sweet Onion&Teriyaki sub sauce and i've tried it with take out pho. The taste of the Sweet Onion&Teriyaki makes it similar or at least close to Xu Hue's pho broth which has a distinct strong sweet onion taste&smell.
