idk why all these people use colored lights the high effeciency white light are much better the actually put out more blue light per watt than the ones that look blue. especially people worried about heat white lights put out more light so so can use less watts to reduce heat. you also need to grow at 10 degrees higher temp with led vs other lights because led do not put out inferred light
