@MyPivotalPOVI start the gym journey last week & this week is week 2 . How I start my day is by waking up around 4 to 5 oclock in the morning drinking water to stay hydrated and then do 3 sets of push ups . I do about 15 to 30 push ups to keep me active and ready to go to the gym and start my workout. I know it’s been only 2 weeks but I can say that I’m truly happy with how I start my day and it keep me in a positive mindset

@jobwellspringWaking up at 5am only works if you give your body a reason to be alert that early. Most people just force themselves out of bed and fight through the fog. What changed my mornings completely was starting with breathwork the moment my feet hit the floor. Thirty seconds of deep rhythmic breathing with strong exhales wakes up your nervous system faster than coffee. Then cold water on the face or a cold shower locks it in. Your body learns that 5am means something powerful is about to happen and eventually you wake up ready instead of resistant.
