The awful thing is they already earned 3 billion on deluxe edition pre-orders. It sickens me. People should wait for the inevitable PC release, and steam sales. The game isn't gonna go anywhere. It will be waiting for you 5 years from now.

@MrHarindrakvidyaWhen games hit 70, I stopped buying new games altogether. And I know I'm not alone in this because I have disposeable income to spend, but these games just arent worth it. They are only hurting themselves with these price increases.

@patrickhuffman9632I believe GTA 6 will maybe just barely surpass GTA 5. I also believe they will kill GTA 5 online to make everyone go to GTA 6. Do we know if its online mode is out at launch or will it be like 5 and be added later on? I try not to look at games so avoid as much spoilers as possible.

@Rogermurphy-c4nI've been gaming since '96, primarily PC but I still own a PS1, 2, and 3, and had a Wii for many years. That said, I've never played any of the GTA games and honestly have no interest to. I saw the first one once while deployed to PSAB during SOUTHERN WATCH and didn't find it compelling. Still don't. Am I missing out? Maybe, but at this point I wish it'd just get released already so everyone can get on with their lives before it turns into the next DNF.

Look I spent over 2k on my pc, I left PlayStation because my preorder prepaid PS5 was sold before it actually came out, and then it was out of stock on release, so I left I was sick of the whole to play online u must pay extra anyway. im not going back. same way i will not go back to windumb not even for gta 6 and as long as its not gonna be playable on my linux gaming pc.. im really just not interested, it does give me the option to wait tho and it bette be the quality of BG3 if not ? also not interested

The only GTA game I ever played was the first one on PC back in the day. GTA6 will just be another entry with better graphics. The most important game releases were the ones that actually defined whole genres.
GTA6 will only be good for Rockstar and Take Two. Any other publisher who believes they could raise prices for their games if GTA6 raises prices, would be in for a rude awakening. Also if GTA6 will get millions of people really invested into it, these people will be less likely to buy many other games for a while. How do publisher believe that they will profit of someone else's success?
