I really wish we lived in a world where people didn't ever think that they needed plastic surgery to just to try to meet beauty standards.

Plastic surgery is needed to repair damage from accidents, damage from assault, birth defects, or perhaps a significant deformity. Things like that. Getting breast implants to try to return to your previous form after battling breast cancer is probably a good example of a good reason to get work done.

You don't need to inflate your lips like balloons or put what seems to be cantaloupes in your boobs because you think it will help you land that acting gig or snag a boyfriend.
