Hi. I just have a small charcoal smoker webber kettle. Are you cooking over coals? No indirect heat?

@ianscianablo8507
@

charcoal is the only way to make the best ribs, gas is for amateurs

@jonm5163
@

This is just a quickee video the mans won more than all of us backyard chefs combined relax everybody just loves to judge rather than come away with something worth trying.

Someone tell my steaks and pork chops that seasoning don’t stick to fat cuz I think it does somewhat. 😂

PASS. I'm surprised he didn't say how many championships he has won like he always does. lol

@anthonyz5671
@

IDK what he's talking about my rub sticks to my membrane and the fat. What are you doing to you're meat that it falls off. lol

@anthonyz5671
@

LIES. I have left the membrane on and it gets plenty of smoke.But I have also started scoring the membrane, gives a nice little crisp bit . LMAO! Marinate! This fool. Good BBQ does not need sauce. .

@anthonyz5671

i like Myron but he is the winninest man on TV bbq. I can't get past the lighter fluid he uses.

@ubecool454

Do you cook the ribs on indirect heat?

@DavidEakles-j8z
@

I wonder if this grill recipe is in his cookbook.

@jarrodmartin3630
@

Do you sell the seasoning for them?

@MichaelVrana-x6c2l
@

I never had a problem leaving the f ilm on

@kennethmcdonald5278

@GCD-n3i

@catdaddy67-j7u

Please stop marketing this man as the best in BBQ! He is extremely overrated and everything he thinks he knows came from the other side of the tracks. He is a loud mouth no body with a nasty mouth!

@rudyvrobertsjr2893

Grill your Rib Eyes, Smoke your Ribs. He didn’t win Competition BBQ Championships Grilling Ribs. This video is for YouTube purposes only.

@Dogman269

What about brisket fat? Rub seems to stick to brisket fat just fine even without a binder.

@697red
@

What type of grill is that to cook direct heat? I like it and been looking for something just like that?

@seanlehtimaki9056
@

I learned so much. I love when somebody explains why they do something and the science behind it!!

@miguelayala935
@

Myron nixon is the best and a hard ass , I love it

@michaelamos4913
@

So there's no smoke?

@bullitt773
@

I’m surprised this wasn’t done in a smoker. Was this literally over coals on a grill?

@drdoriot
@

I know I shouldn’t be instructing Myron Mixon on anything BBQ related, but the way you shook the seasoning out of that container made me question that. I find that if you shake the seasoning side to side instead of up and down, it works a lot better.

@Wahoowa77
@

He wouldn't stand a chance in todays competitions...

@ZODAGAWD
@

Is that on direct heat??
