In India living with parents is a social mindset we carry . 1)Respect 2)Money Management 3)Kids management.....When you stay together you good and challenging situations.

Dude u under stood every thing wrong. Staying with parents means not depending financial. Indian family is like empire. Kids takeup the reponsibility and continue the leneage. When you are young they took care of you and in old age its where we try to show our love its not responsibility or payback.

I m 30 living with my parents

Indian families only has husband - wife and 2 or 3 kids and grandparensts having husabnd- wife. Thats it. Meanwhile american families has husband- ex wife- ex husband- ex wife - husband- wife - ex husband- girlfriend - so on and kids like of dogs, not know who belongs to who. Lol

In India, living with parents and grandparents has never been a burden — it is our strength, our emotional security, and our cultural ethos. We support each other through thick and thin, and elders get respect and care naturally.



It is heartening to see that due to housing crisis, high rents, and economic pressure, young Americans are also moving towards this lifestyle. The American Dream is evolving beautifully.



Modern Indian families have also learnt to balance this with privacy and individual freedom. It is possible to live together with love and respect without compromising personal space.
