My father (a three war veteran) bought a limited edition commemorative set of pure silver “States of the Union” medallions from The Franklin Mint decades ago. 50 medallions in a beautiful black walnut case and when he passed away in 2006, my mom gave it to me, saying Dad wanted me to have it, as I was his eldest son. He taught me about the fiat currency scam at an early age and about the evil secret societies who control all the world’s governments and who work so hard to keep the masses poor and barely making ends meet. This was when I was a young man, barely 13 years old. We would talk about these things while I helped him work on the family car in the driveway. He was an excellent mechanic and as a career military pilot with a family and five kids, fixing our own cars and maintaining them was just a financial necessity. I didn’t realize it at the time, but Dad was teaching me the best way he knew how to remain free in a world run by people for whom “freedom” was just another word for nothing left to lose (if I may steal a line from “Me and Bobby McGee). I think he would be proud of my discipline and the amount of energy I put into staying educated and knowledgeable about finance and the global geopolitical status. I see and understand that the world as we’ve known it is about to change drastically and for the better, and I’m so glad that I’m prepared to deal with whatever comes our way, in no small part because our parents taught us to be critical thinkers and to maintain a healthy distrust of governments and government officials. Freedom is breaking out all over the world right now and it’s wonderful to see. While it will look chaotic for a while, what we have to look forward to soon is nothing short of peace and prosperity for all people and a golden future full of love and light for humanity.
