I would like the tear2 more probably! Just explain. For me it feels like the tear 1 is more the Swat of the Army/navy/airforce. Doing really specific plant short missions. I really love the Marsoc and Green barets. I think there doing a lot cool stuff everywhere planned and unplanned. Also they have the intelligent inside and also skills for more languages etc.
Most elite would be SFod1 D and CIA Sad Sog, Devgru and a team from the Airforce.
But if I would lived in USA i would go for Marsoc or Green Barets.

Can’t belive you didn’t mention JSOC… The simplest way to understand it is Tier 2 and 3 report up the chain to their specific branch. Tier 1 units roll up under JSOC “joint special operations command”.

Do any tiers units work together on missions
Eg devgru with normal seals, delta with tier 2 equivalent etc
The 160th soars is a tier one element I always thought they're the best of the best when it comes to helicopter pilots and they work with tier one and 2 elements and the rangers should be tier one because they go on just as many ops as devgru and cag and are just as capable.

@nathanbringman9256So if you go into the Army or Marines and just become a vehicle mechanic and nothing else does that mean you're tier 4 or maybe just below tier 3?
@Cheka__It mistakenly sounds like Tier 2 Units are less combat mission capable than Tier 1 Units. Given the resources, Green Berets & Marine Raiders have equal combat capability to Delta & SEALs.

We were only there as the only air asset in mil history to provide real time (lag proof… aka not drone) guidance and overwatch. But we werent there……

@kevinphillips150After switching from infantry to the upper class...the biggest difference was that i could wear the boots i wanted instad of the black issued ones...also the daily shaving wasnt necessary

@DerrickJPTheir are actually 4 tiers, below three is everybody else, tier 3 is 18’th Airborne Corp and similar who do have higher standards and directly support tier 2 and 1 units.

@marincervar3096Thanks for posting this and explaining. Just a civilian but I keep hearing all the talks about the cartel being classified as a terrorist group and tier 1 operators excited about it. Took that with a grain of salt but then it raised the question of the different tiers of operators.

@goodyeoman4534Idk where u get Green Beret being Tier 2 and Rangers at Tier 1 yet Green Berets have a more and longer selection process AND alot of operators that end up in the Green Berets go thru Rangers first an this was talked by a former Green Beret who did a video on the differences between Army Special Forces (Green Beret), Delta Force, and Rangers
