I’m a Black American and my ancestors were slaves the parts of the pigs just the people of Jeju Island were left with remap of the pig and any other pigs that they didn’t want. This food today is called Southern Food because of the Southeastern part of the US were it dominant. People flock to Southern restaurants for collard greens, fried chicken, potato salad just name a few. People of this planet are more alike then we think. We’ve been taught to think that we’re not because of our features. I love all my sisters and brothers across the globe. I have seen some videos of Jeju and would love to visit one day.
