Today marks 6th anniversary since George's sudden passing.

I cannot describe how his music and his flamboyant way of life had helped and motivated me go forward with my life.

I have been tormented by the feeling of having lost something very important for 6 years, but finally could kick my butt to start making something creative in my own way.

This DJ Mix is my first instalment of my efforts to put together his music out of my respect, gratitude and appreciation of a genius's work.

Why don't we celebrate his life and music altogether?

彼の音楽とその華やかな生き方にどれだけ励まされてきたか、言葉では言い尽くせません。

この6年間、大切なものを失ってしまったという感情に苛まれてきましたが、彼の音楽を自分なりにまとめていきたいという無意識の欲求から何とか自分を奮い立たせ、自分なりにクリエイティブな作業を始めることができました。

このDJミックスは、天才の仕事に対する尊敬と感謝の念を込めてジョージの作品をまとめた音源の第一弾です。
