Honestly, you can only stockpile so much. If it's not 10 years worth, it's best to spend the money to get passports. After that, order 2 LIFESTRAWS (ELITE SERIES), and thee #1 source of all essential aminos, and B vitamins - nutritional yeast. After that, stock vitamin C and calories. Rice and/or cooking oils. Yes. olive oil, refined coconut oil, peanut oil, etc are sources of calories. Not the best, but better than starving.

Adams peanut butter is healthier. We can’t get it where we’re at. Jiff has the wrong (unhealthy) oils.

Baking brownies and chocolate chip cookies??? IMPRACTICAL. Cookies especially - they require room temp butter and eggs to be creamed together - won't work with dehydrated/rehydrated eggs and butter.

Do you store all this in a garage. I don’t have that big of house to store but I do have most of the items.

@Gardengirl4091

My Costco prep is spices. That #25 rice is gonna taste very very bland. Rice for breakfast is yummy with cinnamon and sugar!

@margaretbauer3813
@

Bouillon CUBES??? Those jars are delicious but are NOT cubes. It pisses me off cause you want cubes cause the jar requires refridgeration and Costco doesn't sell

@neilhansen6296

I've never seen like 40% of these things. Gas heaters, storage buckets, pepper spray, ammo cans, mason jars, nothing like that..... Seen flour... Seen rice, also vinegar, but they're always more expensive than the regular grocery store. Many things are actually not cheap when you compare apples to apples to Walmart or you local grocer.

@Kori114
@

apparently health isn't in the equation if you actually eat these foods on a regular basis - full of trans fats, plastics, MSG, food coloring, pesticides....

@missybrown6756
@

So in other words, buy a shit-ton of any nutrient-dense foods you like that are shelf stable.

@gargoyle790

Invest in a bidet. The basic ones are fine because you get used to “cold” water. Our use of toilet paper has dropped. We added them to our toilets during the beginning of COVID when shortages occurred.

I don’t like to have at home unhealthy food. We need video about more healthy and high protein

@julitapapadatos4807

You should be recommending iodized salt for emergencies. Not kosher. Iodine is essential for survival.

@caraalisa

I understand your focus on high calorie foods with sugars and carbs, but I am diabetic and very sensitive to weight gain. I need to stock keto items.

First time watching your program, living in Canada. Some items you have in US that we don't get. Like your calm matter of fact conversation. Great ideas. Have been slowly storing things since the virus. Used mylar with moisture packs a while ago for rice, flour and pasta. Hope they are ok stashed cool and dark. Thanks for your efforts.

@janetfisher5992

I just learned (I'm not a proficient canner) that ypu shouldn't use iodized salt for canning. Iodized salt IS important, but it messes up the canning process?

You lost me at the peanut butter. You just made your family eat more sugar. Good bye.

Mr buddy heaters shouldnt ve used inside the house but if you do us in a rent or house get a CO2 alarm so you dont kill your entire family .

I’m curious about your recipe for using sardines

@terrispivey1437

Adams peanut butter is healthier. No palm oils and sugar.

@LauraKabel-rk3tz

Don't discount sardines. You need protein, not mac and cheese or candy for energy.

Corn over green beans. Never bro. We don't even digest corn that's well
