Based on the legendary H.G. Wells novel, The Time Machine (1960) is a classic science fiction adventure that defined a generation. Rod Taylor stars as a brilliant inventor who builds a machine capable of traveling through time — from the Victorian age to the distant future where humanity has split into two opposing races: the peaceful Eloi and the monstrous Morlocks. Stunning special effects, powerful storytelling, and unforgettable imagination make this one of the most beloved sci-fi films of all time.
Directed by George Pal
Starring Rod Taylor, Alan Young, Yvette Mimieux
Why cut the very end? They notice that George has taken 3 books back with him and wonder what they are. Philby says that ‘George has all the time in the world.’

Funny that the bible wasn't mentioned when he went back one of the books he took
@enfield7123This movie is a parable about today. HG Wells was a member of The Fabian Society and believed in social engineering- even eugenics.
The know-nothings are like most of us. Unaware, unawake. And the Morlock’s also degenerate; but hidden (below ground). The globalists who hide but take from the masses whom they control through the media, poison in our foods and water.
This is a time machine...
I wonder...
Now theres the most important question to which i hope to find an awnser...
Can man change his destiny?
Can he change the shape of things to come?
A journey through time...
This js a time machine...
At 120:47, You see the Eloi hit the Morlok. The Morlok's eyes don't glow anymore and he bleeds profusely, o it is assumed that he dies. At 1:21:06, the dead Morlok conveniently moves his legs to let the Eloi get away.
@AntonioAcevedo-r5kAbsolutely no black people in H.G. Wells’ [eugenic] future!
(But I was a kid when I first saw this and thought nothing of the Hollywood model)
The Eloi are all blonde (?)
Are blondes the race left on planet Earth?
Was HG Wells an Aryan?
Was he a mormon?
Where does Eloi show up in literature?
(the gospel of Mark 15:34)
Silver Shadows Cinema.Whose idea was it to show commentaries at the bottom in a very philosophical manner?Whoever it was they are a very astute individual and earn my respect.
@frank1fm634Everyone in the future is just really autistic. Their childhood must have been horrible
@leftblankI love movies!
@imaamericangirl1406Great movie 🍿🎥 and another with Rod Taylor was Alfred Hitchcock's "THE BIRDS". Thank you for putting it up. Looking forward to seeing that one to.
@lunamoon-12wHow did he invite his friends to dinner before returning from the future?

@cat77757We can't use a time machine to travel hundreds of years into the past or future. That kind of time travel only happens in books and movies. But the math of time travel does affect the things we use every day.
@RobertaElaineMendoliaOne of the greatest films ever produced ---
@cat77757Weird jump cuts
@OmniLabOfficialWhy did you clip out the moment the small time machine vanishes?
@davidholman48He invented a time travel machine while that time even electricity had not been invented yet😂😂😂
@durjoyhossainjoy7683Imagine Mr. Filby getting home and realizing that if the story is true, he’s, going to die in a war in 1916 and that his son is going to have to endure two world wars and an Armageddon.
@cosmo9925BAD VERSION. IT HAS BEEN SHORTENED - EDITED. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE MOVIE!
