only thing with me is my skill is music. not really high paying. its actually quite awful i feel.
i dont know how to pivot as im 32 now but ive been able to make money online for yearrsss via music. type beats etc.
ill make around 2k usd this month for example.
not much in the grand scheme of things but it allows me to survive in asia or latin america (where i am now) and i enjoy life.
but i got big dreams and want to buy a fresh beach house, have my own family whilst being able to take trips to japan / nyc for music stuff.
do you think one should pivot into a new skill at this point?
ive done some video work for major label artists creating visuals for them so im considering starting a whole new personal brand and just showing everything i do creatively as it goes beyond music. idk though!
i stay in fresh accomodations, villas etc so its good background/scenery for content ya know.
not sure what to do honestly lol! all my real long term friends are still back in my hometown in UK working normal jobs in restraunts etc. im the only one making money online really

I've bought multiple expensive courses from Ali and only the cheap 10$ ebook from Will because of the difference in production quality. Seeing him filming himself in what looks like a Dubai condo always made me feel like I'm being scammed with Will whereas with Ali the high production value in the free content gave me the impression that he genuinely wants to deliver value.
How do the Russians make money? Cos they have this oligarch rank.

@maxlightpoweralways appreciate the frameworks in these videos but there's a hidden cost to leaving the 9-to-5 that these scaling case studies rarely talk about: the deafening silence that follows.
everyone talks about hitting $10k a month, but nobody warns you about the identity crisis, the isolation & the sheer exhaustion of meeting yourself at the bottom when you're starting from scratch. the reality of building a business is that it's SO difficult (!!!) along with losing your paycheck, you lose the validation & the social structures you spent years surviving in.
there's so much going on that isn't "cool enough" to talk about on social media that's why most videos lean on the great parts of starting or running a business...
anyway, if anyone else is swimming in that financial or emotional dip right now & feeling the weight of it, just know you're not failing. it's just hard.
