This recipe is the Beez Kneez. I used it on fresh-caught halibut, and it was amazing. The Fandamly said this is the only way they will allow me to make carne tacos from now on.

@churghee2388You should sell this marinated prepackaged meat and call it cArnie Asada
@guitarq359I made this twice already and the marinade is a little thicker than Iβd like. Flavor was good but just a little thick, do you think I should add more squeezed juice or beer to thin it out?
@DatDude_69Thank you for the videos, much love Tejano style π
@Anomanches-n2iGreat video man. Reminds me of Brownsville TX. π’ saludos from FL.

@JScottCeeComing from a traditional Mexican house hold. Being the first generation American/Texas born. You arenβt lying about cooking every beef cut at well done smh lol. Once I started bussing for Red Lobster at 18 I truly learned about eating a Medium cooked steak! I couldnβt believe what Iβd been missing all those years!
@i.g.806txMmmmmmmmgoooooood....
@eccrusrIm trying this recipe out this week in my kitchen, cant wait! That being said, definitely pulling it off at 120-25* and letting it rest on a rack for max airflow. Ill be cooking about 60# of flank, so the idea of adding some neutral liquid for volume is clutch. Thanks!!!
@shorebreakcardsAmonooooo Reciooooo, Arnie!!! Provecho!!
@linkercasas1004PURA SALLLL
@luisosunajuarez1885I was shocked to hear him speak English. π
@L.RR-x7uI just made this. I have tried so many carne asada recipes that I never liked. This turned out fantastic. So tender and flavorful. Thank you so much.
@matthewetner1769What's the difference of the green one? I made the same recipe but my Hispanic grocery store only had El mexicano achiote paste which is green instead of red
@austinjackson4288Iβm late to see this video, but that looks like the best flap steak Iβve ever seen! BTWβhow do you say βflap steakβ en espanol at the Spanish market?? (I was told that the one near my house has an awesome butcher shop!)
@stevejusthinkin9919Thanks also I don't know if you know I'm sure you do but the lid to your BBQ pit you can store it in the slot that has the curved bar .
@BLU-COLLAR1989Can I add this sauce to ground beef?
@mr_noname-8934Lo siento mucho, pero eso es marinado para los tacos al pastor no mames!!
Mexicans we do not use any red marinade shit, It's only salt and pepper on the carne asada done in a charcoal grill, that's some pocho thing but certainly not Mexican
Pineapple juice
Orange juice
Lime juice
Apple cider vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Oregano
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Achiote paste
This was exactly what I needed, thanks!
@CvhBhg-s8crecipe is 100% amazing. Love your videos
@TxhalfnoteThe only tip i have is dont mix the oil in till the meat is marinated the oil sticks to the meat creating a hydrophobic barrier around the meat preventing the meat from absorbing the flavors properly add that shit in the end and it'll add a great sear to the the meat hope this helps with this great recipe
@nickq2065Iβm black, but grew up in the barrio. Iβm crushing on this bad lil hyna in my neighborhood. I used your method. This recipe got me laid bro. Thank you carnal! 10/10
@jgord1569Tejano food is about as Mexican as Chevy's.
@MamdanisDomMommyWell, i never seen my mexican friends mesure anything. If I show them this video they will make fun of me for sure.
