You can pump one side while breastfeeding on the other. Those hocka thingys seem to do the trick(did not have those back in my day....I used a cup to catch the leaking on the other breast while nursing my son on the opposite breast). Most important is eating and drinking enough when breastfeeding(yes, you need to drink and snack when breastfeeding, and get enough drink and sustainance all through the day too). Do not give up, try to do deep breathing stress relieving exercises to manage the stress(because stress can play havoc with your production of milk too). You got this dear Momma!😊❤
