But how should I not eat after Training (which ends around 9pm for me)? I have to fill my Glykogen storage (I‘m German and I dont know the English expression for this).😅😅

@CanOfPaintI am absolutely ready! 🎯 This is by far the most practical, science-backed breakdown of a night routine I’ve ever seen. The explanation of why late-night eating ruins recovery and how a warm shower drops core body temperature was a total eye-opener for me. 🧠✨ You explained the biology behind sleep so clearly without making it overwhelming. The tip about reviewing the day to clear mental loops before bed is a total game-changer. Thank you for this high-value video, 'The Inspire Path'! Subscribed and ready to change my nights! 🛌🚀💯

@sayedazeem000Just realized I followed exactly this routine last year without knowing. I would Study after food, Obviously phone was no option during studies and I slept at a fixed time and I could wake up next morning full energy. The shower and and planning for tomorrow was the only thing i didn't did.

@Actor_HirushaThe only problem I face is my work shift patterns fluctuating from days to night shifts, so having a consistent time to head to bed or wake up is very inconsistent, and hard to keep up with!
Other than that great video, I'm already on it!
Good advice overall, but don’t take it as “100% science.” Sleep is influenced by stress, sunlight, caffeine, health, schedule, and genetics too.
The useful part is simple:
• consistent sleep time
• less bright screens at night
• avoid heavy late meals
• calm your mind before bed
These habits help many people, but they’re not magic rules for everyone 👍
