@FuadTalybov8:43 so adorable 😍
@EE-hi4reMovement
@AnelTheFirstI just stumbled on your channel, but I have been working on this, but do you have a program that takes somebody from a really beginner state, working through a lot of older injuries.
@OsaburWould adding a hinge movement to this program be a good idea?
@jamesjasonallen4168I tried a capoeira class but it was so technical to learn that it was not fun for me
@TheKonnoisseur11I love this!!! Makes it look so funnn and ergonomic and it breaks the convention of the gym + capoeira!!!
@TheKonnoisseur11I love the rope work. It reminds ne of hula hoop flowing. I'll definitely add this to my routine.
@maatonthemat6197Movement
@lindacrawford1766The rope part looks like kung fu movements with the swords. Really cool . I will incorporate a lot of this to my work out . I did capoeira for a while and kung fu for a long time . Then stopped when my teacher moved on to something else but very similar moves

@sherriewagner1737is this a form of yoga?
@spaceman61Movement
@girl-on-a-mountainGoodness I adore this
@LisaLee__wow thanks dude - love the thought you put into this, the fact that it's free, and that you freely recommend the best resources for a given topic, even if they don't come from your channel
@zm3491You guys are awesome! Thanks so much for making this... it really simplifies what's truly important and minimizes overthinking and overworking in the gym. I would love to see a similar program for people with physical disabilities... My daughter has Central Nuclear Myopathy, making it difficult for her to exercise due to inherent core muscle weakness. How could something like this program be adapted for her? Thanks again for all you do for our community and our world.
@RavenCro-g8tmovement
@aloysiusgregoryI'm looking for a ring recommendation. I went with a cheap set and they do not stay locked in, slipping as I dip/pull.
@joshuafoulds8107I recently dropped from 122 to 109kgs... and have a disc prolapse between c6 and c7 ... Iam now focused on losing belly fat and build muscles ... can u make a video with specific advise for people in this segment?
@iamfindingmeIf rope flow mimics walking and running, why not walk and run? apart from it being less intense and injury less likely
@jameskrasucki7516What a good program!
@josemiguellabrador2409Beautiful. I'm never gonna do it but it's absolutely gorgeous to watch.
@lenethharris-johnson8238I’m going to switch out my daily yoga for this and try it out, been wanting to get more of a challenge and try calisthenics for newbs forever, thanks!
@AM-dd6oxHey dude hope ur doing great! I think you and Nsima Inyang are the best 2 guys on here for REAL fitness and wellness of body and mind. All those bodybuilder wannabe’s and gym guru’s ain’t it. You 2 are! Love.
Edit: the fitnessfaq mention is top tier, forgot him. He’s top tier with the to of you also!
The rope flow discount code only gives 10%.
@penguinpavilionThank you so much for sharing this program!
@daphnepaparis1483I enjoyed Tim’s 8 week program. Highly recommend. Sent me down the rabbit hole of rotational training and the Weck Method.
@jordanrhodesI just tried to a hand stand one time and I ended up on top of my entire gaming setup😂😂
@boltzy42Great video!! Have been following Strengthside for a couple of years now because of my love for calisthenics. Your channel is where I first saw Rope Flow and was intrigued. Decided to finally order my first rope and the 8 weeks to fluidity from Tim back in September and have been hooked on rope flow ever since!! Big fan of ET Strength’s rope program too! More pricey, but super detailed and comprehensive.
@jeffweidmann7028Absolutely love this channel. Have followed for years. You helped me get over a bad shoulder impingement, which is now a thing of the past. Have gotten decent on the rings with basic strength and have gotten more flexibility through these vids. Your approach is just the best. Anyway thanks Josh . Happy new year! Joe .🤘
@IREMEMBERNOWAs a 40 year old 20+ year traditional gym goer I look pretty strong. People comment on my build and muscles. Stay with me… I’m not pumping up my ego. Little does everyone that sees me know I can’t move for shit. Almost all my joints hurt. I tweak my neck and back 2-4 times a month and it’s all getting worse. Here’s the thing - I know what’s wrong. It is my ego. I’m afraid to lose a little muscle for a better quality of life but I am ready now. Ladies and gentlemen adopt a more natural and fluid workout style. My dad about 15 years ago we were working out together and were bench pressing and he said “what a stupid exercise when in life do you ever get in this position and push stuff like this” that really is the case for a majority of the mega gym exercises. Anyways all that to say I’m looking forward to an exercise program that will make me feel better and look better. Thanks for the content
@MTheory333for how long you are on TRT (testosterone or similar)?
