🚨DISCOUNTS FOR YOU 🚨:

This was a great video. I really appreciated the fact that it was straightforward and humorless. Sounds cold, but when I’m struggling to get better, this was just A1!

Excellent video. As a relative novice who likes to put a bit of spin on the ball, that was a great explanation of how it's good to reverse the spin of the shot that's coming

Shea, thank you for sharing this video. Excellent content and audiovisual presentation. Succinct and packed with recommendations and demonstration of each tip. The game is as mental as it is physical. You have clearly demonstrated how we could put all brain parts to good use in playing pb. Activating our frontal lobe to plan and prepare for each shot, using our parietal lobe for exploring space and location of the ball, our limbs and the opponent’s position, keeping our occipital lobe on constantly to be vigilant of all movements of what matters on the court (the ball, your partner and your opponent, letting our cerebellum automatically coordinate footwork and utilizing our limbic system to regulate physiology and emotion. Of course, there is no substitute for hydration, nutrition, good sleep and adequate stretching prior to set foot on the pb courts.

Unbelievable amount of content in 25 minutes! Thank you for not only providing instruction in what to watch for in play, but also including practice drills to work on individually. I often am the "weakest link" in the game, as I've never been an athletic person. Now, I am looking forward to showing improvement when playing with others. Look out! LOL

Great video! I learned so much. Thank you!

I'm interested in the moment when you serve not cross to cross, but aim at the player opposite you, hit him and the ball flies out. Who gets the point in that case? Aren't you obliged to serve cross to cross with a mandatory bounce off the court?

@phototripme5935
@

GREAT video but under Lesson 4, 'SPIN selection', aren't you ignoring the fact that the ball changes direction after contacting the paddle, so it's actually better to return a top spin serve with top spin, because the ball is already starting top spin as it leaves your paddle? Is this making sense?

The first tip is so true it's unbelievable. So many students I work with won't get low and they don't understand how critical it is. So when I play against them I show them and they always wonder how I can win so much
