While accountability is on the ballet, that is a give, moving forward who is going to take responsibility for the aftermath:
Usually children are born innocent to the "SINS" of there parents or previous generations... not the case of the adults but it is not as polarized for the children...you can not just recreate "normalcy" in a world where it is ask what is a woman verse the hell impose on those many children.
Healthy Integration and alleviating trauma as well as contributing of cognitive declined. Especially if the larger variants of neurological divergence or neurological typical character traits may be predominant factors... I know it is a stretch but these kids need to know humanity still exists regardless of individual perspectives. Else what would be the point of claiming to save the children only the make matters worse.
It would demonize the principle of recovery: in a hypothetical sense— of a prehistoric person at a cross road attempting to engage in dialogue with an extraterrestrial humanoid and actual human beings ...Even aquatic life requires some level of Equanimity, much more of complex organisms.
Sadly low iq must play a part! Who has that many kids when they clearly can’t handle it?
@lruss5050Look unless this woman is giving birth to multiple sets of twins, something else is going on in that house, that woman would have to have been consistently pregnant one after the other for 18 years, There is no way that there are several one year olds and several 2-year-olds unless she is having twins

So it implies that those deformed kids were born by elder girls by their dad or grandad..
