I have sat with this for a little while, repeat listens and this is just so so good. The atmosphere and production are insanely lush — everything just sits exactly where it should.
What blows me away is how it still sounds completely like The Ocean, even with new members. That speaks volumes about Robin’s composition style.
And the new vocalists are spot on — they’ve understood the brief perfectly. It feels like they’re carrying Loïc’s legacy forward in a really natural way, without trying to imitate him.

If it weren’t for light pollution I never would have known the great art that comes from Robin. 90% is filth though. THAT is the double edged sword of technology.

It's a collective after all. Glad I saw them all in Chicago last year before the departure, but this song is pretty cool and I look forward to the album. Already bought my vinyl.
