This video is so out of touch with reality, and so sad that they don't even see how sad it is. This is literally probably 1% of Miami, while the other 90% is living paycheck to paycheck and people like this are making it worse and exponentially quick. They keep trying to play politics and when in reality it goes beyond politics they as they are building their lives on using the middle class and giving them crumbs. Look no further than the construction workers in this video. This is not true reality is is very superficial especially if you are young, Miami is drastically more expensive compared to decades ago, not to mention it is only getting worse, it is easier to say when you come from generational money, already owned a home from when it was not expensive, and or you inherited something, or you came with money, as a native Floridian you are getting priced out, many people are leaving home.

That attempted religious conversation about the fact that really wealthy people love spending millions on homes they are only at 2 months out of the year Might have been the funniest part of the video. I imagine some pimp owns one of these homes and lets his girls stay there and its important because the beauty in the property really helps develop the passion of their material expression. don't care. never move to Miami, i love living here in southeastern florida. Fort Launderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, Boynton beach, Deerfield beach, because its makes you saves you alot of money, private sectors and corporations. Move to Miami you waste your money, you be homeless i make 95k minium wage, and i don't spoiled it.

All these people arriving recently pretend like they discovered something. The real question is why were they are so low IQ they didn't see it earlier, like in 2008 when entire skyscrapers were empty and everything was cheap. I saw it. I came before then but bought then. But now they come when prices are inflated and their states got so intolerable with taxes, regulation, and anti-business climate that suddenly they call Miami hot. Nothing has changed of significance in the tax code, business treatment, etc. in Miami since I arrived in the early 2000s. So it's comical to see these clowns arriving now saying its the "gold rush". No idiots, the gold rush was in 2007-2010 and those who figured it out are now flipping their assets to you at a 1000% markup and you are HAPPY about it. What a bunch of suckers. What's even better is they'll pay you 7x-10x what you paid 15 years ago and think they got a deal.
