I can change the speed playback and put a timer on the video so it goes off while I’m sleeping.

It’s really heartwarming to see how many of us, from so many places, find comfort, peace, and a little curiosity here. Even the spooky moments make us laugh together. Thank you all for making this space feel safe and gentle like a small quiet corner we can return to at the end of the day

I am seeing people commending you for no ads. I want to say before I start thank you. It's my goal to fall asleep. 🥺 Thank you.
I wake up a lot from just from just dozing off with (dreams?) that make no sense and it irks me.
Example: I am unloading a truck full of stuff related to a craft store. There shouldn't be a motorcycle in the backroom.
I see stuff out of the ordinary and I wake up immediately. It's crazy but I don't even like bullshit in my dreams.😆😆
Thank you for the facts. I appreciate it.
The no ads is great because we are dependent on the voice to carry us through to dreamland.

I love this its so relaxing at the same time I'm learning.
I saw your post to vote about music, I like with background music, Some of your videos don't have music. I prefer the one with music I can listen all day.

0:59 Already, I have questions… If this is true why does it a week for a bloody paper cut to heal? How many cells could that possibly take? And how can a piece of paper cut you anyway?!

As I hear your words, my body begins my meditation routine. Knowing what it needs to find peace of mind & body. But when you got to your being a friend guiding only to safe places, I am astonished to feel tears pool in my ears, a sob wrenched from wherever it had been caught. I will spend time on that later. Now it's already getting light. Until I found you, I lay awake, fighting to stay relaxed... pain has its own time line. But now, my friend will take me only to safe places while he takes the night watch.
