I just made these buns and the house smells amazing!!! I baked them for about 22-24 min . I made 2 trays l. 1 tray with 4 buns baked faster than the other tray with 6 buns. I doubled your recipe. Made 4oz size buns and I got 10 buns out of it. The buns don’t have the deep tan color like yours but still looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing your recipe. 🤤😋🍔

I really dont understand, i somehow followed this exact recipe and didn't work twice, my dough raised, but more like pizza shape. They turned out dry 😢😢😢😢

So, today made it for 6 bunns:
Flour 450 gr
Water 250 ml
Salt 8 gr
Sugar 1 tbsp
2 eggs
Yeast (i used fresh one) 8 gr
Vegetable oil (50/50 sunflower&olive) 3 tbsp
The dough turned out to be a little more hydraded than in video, but the final result was just fantastic. Thanks for the recipe Maestro!

@ianofliverpool7701The buns turn out great. Personally, I would suggest more salt, and butter, instead of oil. I would also suggest you portion these into 5 or 6 buns, they do end up quite large.

@IEdjumacateThis is such a great and forgiving recipe. I only use AP flour and it still always works. I've forgotten to add the egg at the beginning, and only did at the end, still turned out good. Forgot the egg wash, was still pretty decent. Shaped as a pumpkin because it's Fall now, came out great. THANK YOU!

@go2aI’ve been making dinner rolls and burger buns for years. I do agree with the negative comments on here. First, charging to subscribe to get the recipe on your website. Then the amounts are wrong and baking temperature too high. Wonder what the crumb looks like!

@dianaescoton106Made these for the first time last night!!! WOW!!! Sooo good! I couldn't believe how soft they were and how amazing they smelled! You would have thought I made croissants... I did have to add extra flour while kneading because it was TOO sticky.... and you said 20-25 minutes ( and I know all ovens are different ), but I set the timer for 20 minutes, and checked on them at 16 minutes, there were DONE!! They were perfectly done, no complaints, but I'm glad I didn't leave them in for another 4 minutes!
