Mr David I would like to propose a solution . For the states voter districts .I propose that we use the topographical map method . Set a number of grid squares to call a district. Use that for every state .
No race , color or political affiliations would be used , for the drawing of the maps .

My votes haven't mattered for years because of the way the districts are drawn in Illinois. Take a look at the map of Illinois. I'm tied to a Democrat area an hour away from where I live which is a republican area.
