Ingredients for salsa roja
team no cilantro!!! 😁
12 Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño
Awesome recipe
1 serrano pepper(3 if you❤️ spicy salsa)
12 chiles de árbol
Way too much salt.
4 garlic cloves (6 if you ❤️garlic)
1/2 yellow onion

@BuildwithMooneyIf you DO NOT want it very spicy, I suggest to take all the seeds out of all the peppers. Even the dried chiles. I made this and it was really spicy.🌶️ but it was good tho!! ❤

This is close to my Late Nannas 'Salsa in a pinch' ! She would use Arbol or even Pequin packs from the pizza + Tomatoes+ Garlic + Onion all mashed together in the Mortar & Pestle !! Basically whatever's left in the veggie drawer that needs to be used... It really works in a pinch for tacos or chips esp if made early & left in fridge to come together. But I think I'll try the cooked method now !! Thx 😉 !!
