If you only know of LA through TV and movies, you probably believe the city begins and ends in Hollywood. But there's so much more to this Californian metropolis. Join us as we explore the many faces of Los Angeles, from Chicano lowrider culture in East LA, to the 2025 LA wildfires, to the heart of LA's homeless crisis (Skid Row), to Venice Beach, to the infamous highway system, to Koreatown, and so much more. I moved to LA from 2003 all the way to 2011. Eight years. And I had my ups and downs I went to visit different neighborhoods went to different cultures. I experienced a lot more living in Los Angeles County that I did in Sacramento.. I loved LA during the Y2K 2000s. Now I don’t have that same passion anymore.. those were good times

My second video from your channel, after viewing the San Diego one. When I came to the US, I came to LA, South Gate and Bell to be specific, as we assimilated, Monterey Park, Rosemead, Pasadena, Glendale... had many adventures throughout all the different neighborhoods while in high school and throughout my 30's before moving to Minnesota.... I miss my LA, but don't miss the traffic and costs... Job great done on this video 🍻 ✌

This isn't a video, it's a work of art, definitely in the top ten of the hundreds of thousands I've seen. The Impala alone is worth a museum ticket. I live in Rome, and if you really want to see lines of cars at all hours and parking lots that are always full, stop by and you'll appreciate Los Angeles even more. You've perfectly captured the soul of this city, well done.

Me and my family will be in L.a in October 2026 for the very first time! We are so exited to see this city! Where’s the best spot to see low riders and chicanos ? Me personally like this culture so much ! Thanks

I moved out here in April 2025 and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It's not hard living out here, it's all what you make it.

Do you really need to stick "culture" to everything? Some things are just things, would you say kkk culture? Or racist culture? Why is being a gang member is being romanticized? Is it the minority card again? 3rd gen in US and 30% of the population doesn't make you a minority

It does not matter how rich or poor you are if you live in LA you may wake up one day to find yourself on fire. I am going to get a house in Big Bear California or the surrounding area of Big Bear. It snows there at least once or twice a year and I spent 2 years in Colorado. I am currently residing in San Francisco and people here who live in homes that cost over 2 million dollars have homeless people camping out around them and not complaining about it. If you have a problem with homeless people breaking into your home then get a machine gun and waste them. This is coming from someone who used to be homeless and who was born in Texas. Blow their fudging heads off.

Twenty three people were caught setting those very perfectly timed "wild fires." Natural? I think not lol Think of all the evidence that got destroyed... Ep Files had just broken wide open, remember? Hollywood is dead.

“We were stereotyped”. Nooo really? Wouldn’t have anything to do with driving an $80,000 car with no job or legit income and on assistance. Foh

One of my Salvia trips I was instantly a large bird, flying over the edge of a lake, near tall pines. I instantly snapped out of it and thought “Holy shit, I just daydreamed I was a human!” Then I looked down at the lake as I soared over it and I could see fish swimming near the surface. I leaned and turned right and sailed through the pines back to where my nest was. Then I snapped back to laying on my bed. Ever since then reality has seemed foggy. Even mush and DMT experiences where I step out of existence, speak to beings, or live alternate realities has seemed foggy compared to that. Nothing has seemed as clear and lucid and colorful as that.

The year I was in San Bernadino, so sad. I lived in a building given the name 'The Pornstar Building'. All the girls would stay there, always 2 or 3 to an apartment. They always smelt like meth, that bleachy smell, always smoking something, drinking non-stop, you would hear them cry all the time, it was just weird. I met one living there and sort of became a friend for a while, but she kept overdosing on heroin.

I´ll never understand how in other cultures is normal to have your relative live on the streets while you have a house... Anyway, I loved to see this side of L.A. raw, natural... Thank You

The best place to be is where nobody goes, and vice versa. LA is like NY: cars, concrete, and cement.

11:33 I'm 59, used to be the president of the Minneapolis welcome committee, and a Billy Bob Throton look a like - this Ms Sugar could be our new pimp. Lived in SF as a machinist in 97, ❤it, but why people went to a gay island without a career when sex was a painful death sentence and Bart $$$$? Fentanyl and the prep pill not yet invented 😂

Great video! We drove, in 2024 to Las Vegas for a few days and onwards to Los Angeles from Edmonton Canada. We had a great time in LA! We stayed in Burbank did universal studios, shopping and just a ton of driving around. Was a great time! Going back soon. Great channel def going to subscribe.
