If i remember correctly, the whole thing was actually an art project by the guy who was hired to make the website for the store! They gave him no directions whatsoever so he just made it into what he wanted. It’s a really interesting story!

The sound to me is not even mild. My high standard will probably always be the heavily debated 911 dispatch training call of a woman called Jill or Ruth..i think, it's been yrs. It's TRULY so horrifying, please DON'T listen to it, it WILL fk you up mentally for a long time.

so I don't want to look it up but that grand canyon story is actually even more wild. Other users who looked into and tried to figure it out and have come to the conclusion that it's actually a specific guy who has murders multiple of his wives and setup it up to look like accidents... including one that "accidently" fell at the grand canyon. His apperance at the time is similar to the person in the picture, is known to have been in the general area. People think he might have beenplanning on pushing the guy in randomly but stopped when he noticed the camera.

In our department we have a system of 911 calls that new ECC operator’s go through where they are tasked with obtaining information from the call / information not obtained from the call. There is a disclaimer that the calls are from real people and real stories that may be difficult to listen to. Ruth’s call was on it. However, i believe it’s staged and used for training purposes. If you listen to the full call, there is A LOT of things missed from the dispatcher. Things that a normal person with 0 training would ask.
