So einen Wagen / Bude in Wismar am Wochenende zu sehen, wäre genial.
Würde es dauerhaft sein, dann muss das schon viel mehr im Programm sein. Also Bratwurst, Currywurst und Schnitzel.

Was Kartoffeln betrifft, da kenne ich jemanden, der hat auch nur große im Programm. Ich weiss auch, das ne spezielle Kartoffel sein muss, eine mit viel Stärke Inhalt. Alle anderen Sorten werden nicht so wie Pommes Kartoffeln von der Konsistenz.

Ich werde bekloppt, sniker wird frittiert 😳

The meat was nicely seared, perfect for eating, but then they ruined it by putting it in hot oil, where the oil completely kills the meat's flavor. Besides, oil is unhealthy; it's better than being fried in lard! So what if fresh food is loaded with chemicals like mayonnaise or that disgusting ketchup that looks like paint? Real ketchup is made from real tomatoes, not this stuff that corporations sell to poison people!

I did travel thru few different countries in Europe 25 years ago and I remember being very disappointed in Italy with the food, and happily surprised in Germany, everything they (Germans) do is delicious and at decent prices. This place in Berlin is a clear example of that. 👍 I´m Argentinian, I know what good food is right away.
