The Evolution Of Cinema (1878 - 2017)

Video Overview & Insights

THE EVOLUTION OF CINEMA (1878 - 2017)

It's amazing to see how times go by fast at the beginnings of iconic stuff! like...
1900 - Silent Films
1928 - Mickey Mouse
1931 - Movie Monsters
1937 - Disney Films
1939 - The Wizard of Oz
1977 - Star Wars
1981 - Mario
1995 - Toy Story
2001 - Shrek

— @kevinblake3809

********************************************************************

For this video I have selected the most popular movies throught the history, basing on their comercial success and relevance. Before seeing the video you should know a few things:

Doing some math, this is 139 years worth of movies.

— @crccubberly6974

- I know that I forgot a lot of very important movies in the history of the cinema, but you have to understand that I cannot include all because the video would be incredibly long.

- As I said in the last video, feel free to mention the movies that I have forgotten in the comments section to expand the video content. In the same way, if any date is incorrect you can correct it.

Where tf is the prequels?

— @mcnonFlowery-n1x

- I have not selected those films that marked the development of a genre or film stream. I have selected the most popular and better known ones by people. That's why I've included so many American movies and less of other countries, because a lot of the most famous movies throughout history are from the U.S.

- As I did in ‘’The evolution of music’’ video, this video is made with the intention of collecting the most famous films of the history in one place, and for people to discover new works that perhaps did not know from this wonderful art.

First Video Ever In 1878

Again, this is gonna be a long ride throught the history of cinematography, so take a sit and enjoy.

Could people please stop saying "Hey, you forgot to put <film name> here!", "Hey you missed <film name>!", "Oh it's SO CRIMINAL how you didn't put <film name> in this list!" This person put in a lot of effort to list as many significant & influential movies as possible, and of course they still left some out, which is understandable because they can't list EVERY SINGLE ONE in history or else this video would've taken far too long to make.

Instead, let's just be grateful for all the hard work they put into this video to showcase an already long historical timeline of film (1hr & 20m is plenty). How many films do you have to see in this list in order to be satisfied and make the creator work overtime? Please stop being rude and let's appreciate what we've already got. Thank you. 😊❤

Are all these films in the video, throughout so many years are based on their academy wins or box offices. Cause in case you didn't know, La La Land did not win for best picture.
