About the pilot playing a flight simulator game, that seems quite normal to me. I would expect he was enjoying comparing the game to reality. My dad like to play golf and would play a computer golf game because playing the real game is different from the computer game, but still enjoyable. Flying a plane is different from playing golf, obviously, but the point is that just because someone does something IRL doesn't mean they would not enjoy doing that same thing in a game format.

Many of these stories could have been avoided if religious parents taught their kids to put more stock into what they can show to be true than they do in what they believe is true. Chat GPT is bad all together. If you have a hard time with mental health it can literally send you down a rabbit hole. I have a family member that believes she’s in a relationship with the one that lives in her phone. It’s sad and there is nothing to do.
She has grown more isolated since we brought the issue to her. She doesn’t respond to texts she asks it what to say and she screenshots it and sends THAT to you.
