Hello ππ»! Iβll be traveling to and working a few days in December in Male. Intend to stay a couple more days and hope to do an hour or 2 fishing. I have mobility disability (spine and legs problems) so booking a boat to fish the monsters out in the sea is not for me. Will be staying at Jen on Male, not sure yet for the few days extension although my co-worker thought of Villa Nautica. Would love to be near fishing spots where it is allowed? Please give me suggestions? Hope to hear from you, thank you!

The thing he cuts out is the caudal vein.
If cooked with it left in it will give the fish a very strong unpleasant fishy flavor.
Some people like that taste but the majority of people donβt.
It also stays fresher for a longer period of time if itβs removed before storing.
