I was born and grew up in South Korea. I am planning to move back to Korea to reap the benefits of Medical Services. Of course, I can get paid the Social Security in there. I can work there too, as a part-time. I've seen and heard about Koreans who lived in outside of korea, retired and moved back to Korea. Most of them happy to live there.
However, as U.S. born Americans, i suggest other South Eastern Countries like, Thailand, Philippine, Vietnam, or Laos.
