@otislamar04You missed timeline 0. The very first where no terminator is was sent back to kill Sarah. She lives normal life til JD. Has a kid with random guy, no special reason for naming him John. Johns not trained by her, he becomes a legend, beats skynet, then for some reason cant send himself back and sends Kyle Reese to protect (not fall in love) with his mom. This John didnt have Kyle as a father, his mom was never attacked in the 80's, he wasnt in the 90's, and he doesnt send send Kyle back because he's his father...

@maramba32I consider T1-T4 as the original timeline. While the other movies are basically alternative timelines. Should the franchise gets revived in the future, maybe they could do a co-op between the 2 protags, Dani and John. Like alternate timelines being squished together or something. 😂

@CalvinNivens-o4gWhat if the t-800 in terminator 2 was actually still working for skynet. In the the third movie its shown that sky net is inevitable and will be created its just a matter of when. Later movies show this to be true as well. Getting John to have personal feelings for the t-800 and bam you got skynets way out of the loop and to control its own fate.

@moles-tvmoviesgames7206I never\n Understood why people didn't like Genesis. It made sense Skynet wised up, it realized sending a terminator to the past to stop John was pointless. So this time it sent a terminator to the slight present to ensure its creation, allowing all the other stuff to take place. Naturally, its only mistake was that it didn't wait for Kyle to completely go back to the past. If it had done that, it would have won. But ultimately it created their destruction completely

@tecknoid659Correction Sarah and Kyle did change the future by Sarah crushing the terminator and leaving the hand in good condition it accelerated judgement day . From memory it went from 2029 to an earlier time I belive it’s in terminator 3
