I went on a whole red pepper tangent over his $0.45 pepper! In the US they are like 4x that cost. If the internet is to be believed, they are often grown domestically in greenhouses in Korea whereas in the US, they are often imported from Mexico. Makes sense! Just caught my eye as those peppers are notoriously expensive (despite being very common) here in the US.

I’m new to your channel and let me tell you I made this dish and the beef and broccoli 3xs I just haven’t had time to leave a comment! But Claire is absolutely right it’s full of flavor. I love noddles and any type of Korean, Chinese food and you saved me from buying panda!
